Rolando Arturo Rondรณn Bonilla is the producer behind Brisas del Tรกchira, a 14-hectare farm in Norte de Santander, Colombia, inherited from his father. Originally a cattle farm, Rolando transformed the land into a thriving specialty coffee project alongside his family. Over the past four years, theyโve focused on quality and sustainabilityโintroducing banana, plantain, and timber trees among the coffee plants. The result is not only delicious coffee, but also a farm that supports both the environment and their local community.
