Where is my order?

You’ll have a tracking link in your confirmation email. If it hasn’t moved in 48 hours, send us the order number on WhatsApp and we’ll chase it from our end.

Do you deliver outside Abu Dhabi?

Yes — we ship to all seven emirates from our warehouse in Mussafah. Message us if you need something urgently and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s possible.

Can you service a machine I didn’t buy from you?

Usually, yes — especially if it’s a brand we carry, because we hold the parts. Send us the model and we’ll tell you before you bring it in.

Do you offer trade pricing?

We do, for cafes, hotels, restaurants and offices. Get in touch with what you’re opening or running and we’ll put something together.

Can I try a machine before buying?

Come to the Galleria store. Much of the range is set up and running, and we’d rather you taste the difference than take our word for it.

Do you stock a brand that isn’t on the site?

Ask. Sourcing hard-to-get equipment is a large part of what we do — see the brands we already carry.
