Terms of Service

By purchasing from Tajer Coffee Company, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders
Once an Order Acknowledgment is approved, we cannot guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations. Tajer Coffee Company will make every effort to comply with cancellation requests, but if the order has been processed or work has already begun, you are liable for all incurred costs, including but not limited to service fees, shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee. All completed work and expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.

2. Pricing Errors
Tajer Coffee Company reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product configuration issues, or included free merchandise discrepancies. If an order is canceled due to such errors, the customer will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

3. Maintenance and Service Charges
Maintenance and repairs must be performed exclusively by Tajer Coffee Company or its authorized service centers. All service requests, including repairs, inspections, and tune-ups, are subject to applicable fees, which the customer is fully responsible for, including shipping costs to and from the service center. Attempting to service or repair the machine by unauthorized parties will immediately void the warranty.

4. Warranty Voided by Unauthorized Service
The warranty provided for any equipment purchased from Tajer Coffee Company will be void if the machine is opened, tampered with, or serviced by unauthorized parties. Tajer Coffee Company will not be responsible for any damage caused by such actions, and no claims can be made under the warranty.

5. Purchasing with the Direct Debit System
For purchases made through the Direct Debit payment system, the customer is legally bound by the payment schedule. If two consecutive payments are missed, Tajer Coffee Company reserves the right to reclaim the machine. The customer is obligated to return the machine within 7 days of the second missed payment. Failure to do so may result in legal action and additional charges, including collection and legal fees.

6. Merchandise Consistency and Product Images
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but variations in manufacturing may occur. By purchasing, you agree to accept reasonable differences in material, color, and packaging. Tajer Coffee Company is not responsible for differences between product images and the actual product due to display settings or other factors.

7. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of all products transfers to the customer once accepted by the carrier for shipping. Tajer Coffee Company is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs after the item has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback to circumvent our policies or obtain products fraudulently will result in your account being reported to credit bureaus as delinquent. Customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Service team at +971503884322 for any disputes or issues with their order.

9. Operating Hours and Urgent Service Requests
Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (UAE time). Any service requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. Urgent service requests may incur additional fees, as determined by Tajer Coffee Company.

10. Fraud
Tajer Coffee Company actively monitors for fraud, including IP logging for all internet orders. Any fraudulent activities, including chargeback fraud, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of UAE law.

11. Disclaimer of Liability
Tajer Coffee Company disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or expense that may arise from using our products, failure to follow maintenance protocols, or reliance on any information provided through our services or website. The customer is responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all equipment.

12. Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction
All purchases and use of Tajer Coffee Company’s services are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

13. Mobile Terms of Service
