Return and Refund Policy
At Tajer Coffee Company, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
If a return is approved, it is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, all shipping charges, service fees, and any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any coffee, syrups, or perishable items due to the nature of these products.
