🌱 About the Coffee

Grown in Ethiopia by the dedicated Kedida farmers, this coffee is hand-harvested with care. Using the traditional natural process, cherries are dried on raised “African beds.” Farmers turn and mix the beans daily to ensure even drying and rich flavor development. Finally, the beans are covered during the hottest parts of the day to protect them from excessive sun exposure, ensuring a balanced and complex cup.
