About the Producer
Sourced from smallholder farmers around Lake Toba in the Balige region of North Sumatra, this lot represents generations of traditional coffee craftsmanship. The farmers cultivate at altitudes of 1,200–1,400 meters, using wet-hulled (Giling Basah) processing—a method distinctive to Indonesia. This careful handling enhances the coffee’s signature depth, earthy complexity, and syrupy mouthfeel.
