A highly refined and sophisticated cup where deep forest berries meet the poised elegance of fine tea. The experience opens with an intense expression of blueberry sweetness, layered with the succulent juiciness of ripe grape, creating a vibrant yet controlled fruit-forward introduction.

This remarkable clarity of flavor is achieved through a precise balance of tradition and scientific innovation. High-sugar cherries exceeding 20 Brix are selected for anaerobic fermentation and carbonic maceration, followed by a 72-hour submerged fermentation with a specialized starter culture enriched with allulose and glucose. This meticulous process enhances fruit depth while preserving structure and definition.

As the cup evolves, a graceful note of Earl Grey tea emerges, lending aromatic lift and a refined, lingering finish. Grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soil and carefully processed through ten days of controlled greenhouse drying, followed by a deliberate stabilization period, the cup achieves a silky-smooth texture with exceptional balance.
