    Brewing Recommendation (V60)

    • Dose: 18g

    • Water: 300ml at 95°C

    • Bloom: 60ml for 40 seconds

    • Second Pour: 60ml with a gentle stir, wait another 40 seconds

    • Final Pour: Add remaining 180ml slowly in circles

    • Total Time: 3–4 minutes

    Allowing the beans to rest for 7–14 days after roasting enhances the flavor expression.
