The choice

Studio or Enterprise

Same brewing intelligence in both. The difference is duty cycle — how hard it gets worked, and what the warranty will stand behind.

Worth knowing: a Studio installed in a commercial setting is not covered by warranty — domestic machines are not built for that duty cycle and the manufacturer will decline the claim. If it is going behind a counter, it should be an Enterprise.

Studio, in five finishes

Pick the one you want to look at

Identical engineering throughout. The difference is what sits on your counter at seven in the morning — and each finish comes in a limited run.

The machine

Designed to be looked at, built to be used

One column replaces a gooseneck kettle, a brew scale, a dripper and a standalone grinder — and takes less counter than any two of them did.

How you brew

Three ways to make a cup

Autopilot

Drop in an xPod. The chip carries the roaster’s grind size, water temperature, ratio, bloom time and pour pattern — the machine reads it and follows it exactly.

Co-Pilot

Start from a recipe, then move any variable in the app. Watch the brew graph build as the cup fills.

FreeSolo

Full manual control — or borrow just the grinder, the scale or the hot water for a French press or Chemex.

Centred, circular or spiral pours. Bluetooth 5.0, NFC recipe cards.

For cafes, hotels & offices

Specialty filter, without tying up a barista

A small team cannot hand-brew V60s through a morning rush. The Enterprise does it unattended, to the same recipe every time — and holds its temperature through back-to-back cups where a domestic machine would sag.

It sits in our warehouse in Mussafah rather than on a container. That means a delivery date, an installation, and a service centre twenty minutes from your counter.

Accessories

The rest of the kit

The pieces that make the machine part of a routine rather than an appliance. All held in Mussafah.

Why buy it here

The machine is the same. The next two years aren’t.

Held in Mussafah

Not drop-shipped from abroad. It leaves our warehouse, and you get a real delivery date.

Full manufacturer warranty

xBloom’s own term, passed on whole — not a shortened shop guarantee.

Serviced in Abu Dhabi

Our own service centre, with parts on the shelf. Nothing gets crated to Europe.

Pods that keep coming

A machine is only as good as what you feed it. We restock the rotation continuously.

Questions

Before you buy

Studio or Enterprise?

Studio for a home, a studio or an office desk. Enterprise if it will run back-to-back in a cafe or on a self-service counter — commercial burrs, faster thermal recovery, and a warranty that covers that duty cycle. A domestic machine in a commercial setting is not covered.

What does the Twilight finish actually look like?

It is a split two-tone: one half of the body in black, the other in white. Photographs rarely do it justice — it reads very differently depending on which side faces the room, and it is the one finish we would recommend seeing in person at the Galleria before deciding.

Do I have to keep buying pods?

No. Pods are the fastest route to a dialled-in cup, but both machines brew just as well with your own beans and a paper filter in the Omni Dripper — and the grinder, scale and hot water all work standalone.

Why is the Sand AR Edition a little more?

The AR Edition is produced in a smaller run than the four core finishes, which is reflected in the price. The machine inside is identical.

Does it need plumbing?

Not for home use — the 946 ml tank is plenty. Plumbing in is worth it if you are running volume, and the box includes a pressure regulator and a 2 m water tube.

Can I see one running before I buy?

Come to our Galleria store on Al Maryah Island. Much of the range is set up, and we would rather you tasted the difference than took our word for it.

Not sure which one you need?

Tell us how many cups a day and where it is going. We will tell you honestly which machine fits — including when the cheaper one is the right answer.
