Preparation Method:

  1. Add 20 grams of coffee.
  2. Pour 40 ml of water.
  3. Pour up to 120 ml of water.
  4. Pour up to 230 ml of water.
  5. Final pour up to 300 ml of water.
  6. Extraction should finish between 2:30 - 3:00 minutes.

We recommend letting the coffee rest for 15 days or more after roasting to allow its flavors to develop more fully.
