Grown in the high-altitude Quindío region of Colombia, this coffee is crafted from the Caturra variety with meticulous attention to detail. It undergoes a unique honey strawberry processing method, where freshly harvested cherries are combined with strawberries and fermented for 72 hours under anaerobic conditions, allowing the fruit’s essence to naturally infuse the coffee.
