The inclusion of spring-loaded joysticks on the JUMP allow you to either throttle steam to your desired pressure or lock-in and go full blast. The steam and hot water knobs along with the brew lever and portafilter handles are all removable by hand for a level of at-home customization not found on most espresso machines.
