Rolando Arturo Rondón Bonilla is the producer behind Brisas del Táchira, a 14-hectare farm in Norte de Santander, Colombia, inherited from his father. Originally a cattle farm, Rolando transformed the land into a thriving specialty coffee project alongside his family. Over the past four years, they’ve focused on quality and sustainability—introducing banana, plantain, and timber trees among the coffee plants.
