About the Producer
Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Bensa district of Sidamo, this coffee grows at altitudes between 1,900–2,100 m above sea level, where cool nights and rich volcanic soil nurture slow cherry development for exceptional sweetness and aroma.
The coffee is washed processed, where cherries are pulped and fermented before being carefully dried on raised African beds — a method that enhances clarity and bright acidity. Each lot reflects Ethiopia’s deep coffee heritage, passed through generations of family farms committed to quality and sustainability.
