Nota Espresso Coffee Machine

The Nota is a high-performance, 1-group professional espresso machine designed for baristas of all levels. Equipped with a thermosiphonic supply system and the renowned E61 “Levetta” raised lever group, it offers precise brewing control. The machine features a 3-liter copper boiler, and you can select between water sources with a switch to toggle between the 2.2-liter tank with a capacitive level detector or a direct connection to the water system.

Key features include a professional rotary pump for coffee extraction, automatic boiler water loading, and air-cooled motor pump for added durability. It’s built with copper pipes and brass fittings, a thermostat protection for the heating element, and separate gauges for boiler pressure and pump pressure. The boiler pressure switch is easy to adjust, allowing customization for different coffee types and blends. The frame is made from satin-finished stainless steel AISI 304, ensuring durability and style.

NEW Nota with Thermo PID and Digit Chrono

The new version of the Nota introduces the Thermo PID system (display in both Fahrenheit and Celsius) and a Digit Chrono for enhanced performance. This version is ideal for both experienced baristas and those just starting out, offering the ability to customize brewing parameters for optimal coffee extraction and steam production—all without the need for a double boiler.

Perfect for barista and latte art training courses, the Nota also excels in coffee blend taste testing.

Thermo PID Profiles

The Thermo PID offers 3 pre-programmed profiles for varied skill levels and use cases:

• Hybrid Profile: Designed for less experienced baristas.
• Coffee Extraction Profile: Ideal for testing coffee blends.
• Steam Profile: Tailored for latte art training.

Experienced baristas can also customize their own profile by adjusting 5 different parameters from the menu.
