Mango, Grapefruits, Orange Blossom, Peach, Smooth Body

This flavor is enhanced through a process that combines cherry with 10 different yeasts, lactobacillus, saccharomyces, and cerevisiae bacteria, fermenting for 8 days. Mango is added to impart additional taste. Subsequently, coffee is introduced and undergoes a 7.5-day fermentation. Following this, the parchment is washed and placed on parabolic beds for 20-25 days, ensuring even drying.
