About The Coffee
One of our favourite finds from Huila. The coffee was grown and harvested by Brayan, who later partnered with the farmers at Vergel to complete the processing of these beans. This collaboration has really produced an outstanding coffee. The Anaerobic Fruit Fermentation of this coffee brings out some great notes of blackcurrants, with a creamy apricot yoghurt finish.
