All Shipping Above 500 AED is free in UAE, if Items are below 30KG we use Fetchr and usually takes 3 days to deliver.
If Items are above 30KG we use Fedex or UPS.
International Shipping
Currently we are shipping to UAE only, however contact us we might arrange shipping if possible.
Time to get package
It depend on your location within UAE, if you are in Abu Dhabi you might receive same day, other wise 3 to 5 days.

Primarily we have partnered ship with PAYLINK as our Credit Card Payment GW which accept (Visa and Master).
However we accept cash on deliver and bank transfer too.

PAYLINK credit card payment gateway is PCI DSS compliant.

Tajer Coffee collects personal information when you register for an account and when you use certain products or services, this include but not limited to your name, address and e-mail address.
We might use this information for fulfilling your requests for certain products and services and to customize the advertising and content you see through ADS websites.
Change or cancel order
If your order have not been processed and shipped we will refund the amount paid, however we might deduct and expenses or charges incurred, such as handling or shipping charges.
Return
We accept returns in original condition when received but will incur 20% restocking charges.
If items were damaged in transit we will take full responsibility and we will offer a replacement if possible otherwise we will refund full amount.
Warranty
Most of items sold by Tajer Coffee are covered by 1 year manufacturer warranty unless stated in item page.
Warranty is considered void if items were serviced, or opened by an unauthorized person.
Any misuse of items might void the warranty.
Price match policy
At Tajer Coffee we are more than happy to offer competitive prices and match any price offered in UAE by authorized merchants.
